Privacy & parental (COPPA) requests

To review, delete, or stop further collection of your family's data, email privacy@habithops.com. You can also delete your account and all synced data anytime from Parent settings → delete account in the app.

Common questions

Do I need an account? Yes — a parent account sets up the app, enables cross-device backup, and provides verifiable parental consent.

Where is my data stored? Your progress is local-first and backed up to your private account so it restores on a new device. Proof photos and voice input stay on your device and are never uploaded.

Are there ads? HabitHops is ad-free today. If we ever add ads, they will be non-personalized only — never behavioral targeting, never third-party tracking, and we will never sell your data.

How do I reset a forgotten parent PIN? Email support@habithops.com and we'll help you recover access to your account.
