These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HabitHops mobile app ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be 18 years or older and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile you create. You are responsible for supervising your child's use of the app and for the data you enter on their behalf.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your family's personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and parental PIN confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to: misuse or disrupt the service; attempt to access other users' data; reverse-engineer the app except where permitted by law; or use the app in violation of any applicable law.
HabitHops is a parent-managed tool. The parent/guardian is solely responsible for the content of profiles, habits, and any photos entered, and for how the app is used within the family.
The current version is offered free of charge. If premium features are offered in future, applicable prices and terms will be presented at the point of purchase and billed through the relevant app store.
HabitHops supports everyday routine-building. It is not medical, psychological, behavioral, or educational advice, and is not a substitute for professional guidance.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be signaled by a version change and, where appropriate, a prompt to review.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
